Strengthening Exercise Videos

For best results, these exercises should be performed multiple times throughout the day. Aim for 4 sets of 10 reps, with the 4 sets to be broken up throughout the day. For example, complete 10 in the morning, 10 at lunch, 10 in the afternoon, and 10 at night.
